Tahoe Mountain Higashino

A farmhouse style ale brewed with Szechuan peppercorns, genmaicha, rosehips, pears, and honey. Higashino Farmhouse Ale is fermented with a mixed culture containing two strains of Brettanomyces, imparting a dry, tart, and sweet flavor with an earthy presence hinting towards umami. If you enjoy our Provisions multi-grain Saison, you’ll enjoy this version of a farmhouse ale with Brett yeast and an Asian twist. Playing within the esters of it’s unique yeast blend, there are noted subtleties of pear, spice, citrus, and “earth”.
