With hot temperatures and long days in the country-side, we wanted to brew a Hazy IPA that was full of aroma and flavor without tongue-curling bitterness on the finish. We utilize Cryo Hops®, a cryogenic hop-processing technology that separates lupulin from the hop cone, which allows us to provide an intense tropical hop aroma and dial-in a hoppy smooth flavor with low bitterness and dry finish.
