After we brewed Volume Displacement with
our friends at Ology Brewing, we decided
to do a version with different hops up here
in Atlanta! This hazy double IPA brewed
with oats and white wheat creates a fluffy
mouthfeel and uses El Dorado, Azacca,
Mosaic and Belma hops to create notes of
tropical fruit, under ripe berries, candied
melon, and some stone fruit.
