Parish Double Dry Hopped Envie

The nose was amazingly hoppy and fragrant. Super fruity. Mango and passionfruit dominated. Some peach came through as well. Juicy orange and tangerine notes were also apparent. There was a dank, weedy quality too. Awesome. The flavor profile followed the nose. Incredibly hoppy and fruity. Loads of juicy orange and clementine. Fairly tart and tangy. Lemony in the center. White grapefruit and more lemony tartness came through on the finish. Hint of pithy, rind-like bitterness. Terrific creamy mouthfeel. Fuller bodied for the style. Smooth and supple on the palate. The liquid contained a pillowy soft, moderate effervescence.
