Lamplighter Looking Glass ESB Ale

An English-style extra special bitter (ESB) ale. Hearty English malts take center stage to give this beer balanced notes of dark bread, toasted hazelnut, and a robust earthiness. The beer is then lightly hopped with Target and Challenger hops to accentuate those flavors. Despite the name, ESB’s aren’t all that bitter. We kept things true-to-style here, so expect a balanced, drinkable, and malt-forward beer all around. Named after a series of backwards events in Alice In Wonderland.
