It pours hazy pale golden with a thick white head. The nose is doughy, hay, light spice, ginger, straw, brioche and candied peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, spicy, hay, straw, lemon peel, grapefruit, soap and pine needles with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation.
