Golden Sour Ale Aged in Sauvignon Blanc Barrels with Colorado Apricots. We uphold the time-honored traditions used to make spontaneous Belgian lambic through embracing natural fermentation with the microflora native to our brewery. For this specialty one-off release, we dedicated a small amount of the Harvest 2017 L'Brett d'Apricot and aged it in two hand-picked Sauvignon Blanc barrels. These barrels added complexity through vinous characteristics accentuating the flavors of the Colorado apricots.
