Peach Be With You is an easy-drinking pale ale brewed for our fall release. The goal was to complement the big stone fruit of Galaxy hops with the bright flavors of pureed peaches. Thomas first unleashed this beer at our Tavern, it had such a great response we had to share beyond the Den. This has to be an expensive beer because everything he makes costs us a small fortune! Every day around here is Christmas for Thomas. We keep getting deliveries of all these really expensive ingredients and high tech brewing gadgets.
