New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA is a rare blend of choice hops that creates an explosion of fresh-cut pine and citrus flavors for a complex, rich and delicious flavor.

Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle & again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit & pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell’s house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale.

What you have here is the only Imperial IPA in America inspired by a bowl of soup and a thrift store football game… Back in the 90’s, Sam was struck by a cooking show demo teaching viewers how to properly season soup through a process of continuous peppering. As it stewed and simmered, the chef added pepper in small but consistent doses, bringing through a unique bold taste and intense savory notes. If it worked for soup, why not beer?! Inspiration sparked and Sam knew that Dogfish needed to bring this idea of continuous dosing to our hop additions in the brewhouse. Enter our thrift store electric football game. If rigged at just the right angle over the brew kettle, and covered with hops instead of small dancing football players, the vibrating playing field would perfectly shake and shimmy the hops cascading down into the boiling wort at a consistent rate. Continual hopping was born! Continual hopping provided a beautiful balance to our Imperial IPA - allowing us to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making 90 Minute crushingly bitter. With rich pine and fruity citrus hop aromas and a strong malt backbone, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA created pungent, unapologetic flavor that led Esquire to call it “perhaps the best IPA in America.”

There is nothing subtle about our Flagship beer. Boomsauce is a big bold IPA with a complex hop profile. Sixpoint Resin is one of the hoppiest beers available, relying on the resin in hop cones for its eponymous name. Self-admittedly, even brewmasters almost spit it out upon their first taste, due to the bitter sting of the hop resin. Bitterness is nature's way of indicating poison, so such a taste can inspire fear. But you shouldn't fear the hop cone. Instead, embrace it! Eventually, the "lupulin shift" occurs and you begin to crave what you once feared. A product of the Sixpoint Brewing Company from Brooklyn, New York, Sixpoint Resin is about celebrating everything that makes hops a quintessential part of a beer. Think of it as hop candy. You aren't quite sure when or why you started to love it, but it's a coming-to-God experience that either opens your eyes to the light or brings you to the dark side. Piney, hoppy and resinous, Sixpoint Resin clocks in at 103 IBUs, so if you aren't ready, bitter beer face may become a reality. If you know what you're getting yourself into, it's actually a slap in the face that feels oh so good. It uses dozens of different hops, so there's no one flavor that dominates. Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine. Best enjoyed FRESH! That is why we make it in such limited supply. Actual bottling date is printed on each bottle!

Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copious amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy, it's the Holy Grail for hopheads! Brewed only a few times a year so it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles -- some to enjoy and some to age.

This is our take on a hazy East Coast Double IPA. Juicy and smooth with just the right touch of West Coast bitterness in the finish.
