More than any other Hofbräu Original embodies the special atmosphere of the beer-making capital of Munich and exports it to the four corners of the globe. One of the most popular Munich lagers. A perfect balance of malty character and the light bitterness of hops. It is a true classic with its clear, gold sparkling hue, crowned by a pure white head. A bier which always goes down well: mild, elegant malts, with a hint of sweetness and a soft hint of hops in the background.

A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes the yellow bright lager, “Weihenstephan Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine poured, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to the centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Spaten Lager is a classic German premium lager, bottom fermented with a supremely well balanced hop flavor.

Hell is German for light. A pale-gold lager with bready malt aromas and flavors, floral hop aroma, and a balanced finish. Finally, a Surly beer my German mother will drink. She says this one tastes like a bier from back home. Not unlike a Zwickel Bier from Germany, Hell is not filtered and fermented with lager yeast. American hops takes a back seat to the Pils malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well… hell (Deutsch for light). It’s fiendishly drinkable, and you don’t have to sell your soul to get another.

This light, sweet-finishing, Bavarian-influenced lager will keep you on Wibby Brewing’s patio 30 minutes after you meant to be home from work.

We painstakingly craft our beers over 42 days to bring out the true flavors of each recipe because we believe that beer has a soul. This Helles lager is what started it all back in 1859. It's rich golden hue marks it as a true tribute to the original Munich style of Lager.

Some beers are easy to make and difficult to drink… but ALPENFLO is the opposite on both counts. It took years to acquire the materials and formula for Alpenflo—we’re talking all-malt, 100% 2-row barley, and we source all of the hops directly from family farms in Bavaria to give it that gentle spice. This Munich Style Helles (light) Lager is a perfect balance of malt and hops. Selected ingredients from Germany give authenticity to this very easy drinking favorite.

While Gold Leaf is on the lighter side, it takes five weeks to perfect this traditional German-style lager. An homage to the days when beers were made 100% from malted barley, Gold Leaf is brewed with four European malts tempered with a touch of three imported hops. Plus, it’s got subtle bready notes. Lux captures the traditional and technical balance of the Helles-style Lager. It has a toasty malt flavor balanced by the smallest amount of hops to bring about a quaff-able drinkability.

We have collected and grown old traditional hop varieties and selected the best combination of these for their aroma, and balanced them with additional organically grown hops, in this, our first beer. Although we farm under both biodynamic and organic standards, we go much further in our quest to produce the very best hops and barley. Our micro-biology lab continuously tests the soils, adding compost and compost teas so that the biology in the soil has the right proportions of beneficial bacteria and fungi for the hops and barley to be at their best and most flavoursome. This creates the deep flavours of the beer.

Light lager and the purest expression of malt. Known to Bavarians simply as "lager bier" it is meant to toe the line between bland and sublime.

Helles means "bright" in German, and no wonder - this golden colored crisp lager is low in hops, smooth in flavor and high in celebration!
