More than any other Hofbräu Original embodies the special atmosphere of the beer-making capital of Munich and exports it to the four corners of the globe. One of the most popular Munich lagers. A perfect balance of malty character and the light bitterness of hops. It is a true classic with its clear, gold sparkling hue, crowned by a pure white head. A bier which always goes down well: mild, elegant malts, with a hint of sweetness and a soft hint of hops in the background.

A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes the yellow bright lager, “Weihenstephan Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine poured, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to the centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Spaten Lager is a classic German premium lager, bottom fermented with a supremely well balanced hop flavor.

Hell is German for light. A pale-gold lager with bready malt aromas and flavors, floral hop aroma, and a balanced finish. Finally, a Surly beer my German mother will drink. She says this one tastes like a bier from back home. Not unlike a Zwickel Bier from Germany, Hell is not filtered and fermented with lager yeast. American hops takes a back seat to the Pils malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well… hell (Deutsch for light). It’s fiendishly drinkable, and you don’t have to sell your soul to get another.

The harder water in Germany doesn't take well to loads of hops, so the Germans made a less hoppy version of Pilsner that they call "Hell," meaning pale or light in German. This is a smoother, more malt-oriented beer than Pils with just a hint of Hersbrucker hops in the aroma.

This Helles Lager is brewed as both an ode to traditional German lagers and a not so traditional German American Navy Veteran. Brewed with West Coast Hops, this smooth easy drinking beer is for people who get the job done. As a brewery near the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard we wanted to make a beer for those that have both served, and supported those that have served.

White Hart is our take on a traditional German Helles. Literally translating to “Light,” Helles is a straw-colored lager with clean maltiness, subtle hops and a refreshingly dry finish. However, unlike traditional Helles, White Hart is brewed with Huell Melon hops to contribute a soft, fruity complexity that evokes honeydew melons and fresh strawberries! Cheers!

Some beers are easy to make and difficult to drink… but ALPENFLO is the opposite on both counts. It took years to acquire the materials and formula for Alpenflo—we’re talking all-malt, 100% 2-row barley, and we source all of the hops directly from family farms in Bavaria to give it that gentle spice. This lager is then cold-stored in lagering tanks to round out the flavor profile. Once opened, that frothy beverage is gone in a flash.
