This Imperial lager tastes so good it brings a tear to your eye! To craft Cherry Pie, we lager Pilsner malt, pack in 2400lbs. of locally grown tart Montmorency cherries and then add subtle hints of cinnamon and brown sugar. Don't let the name fool you, this little number ain't sweet but sure packs a punch. Our unique flavor combination provides an excellent changeup for cold weather sipping and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face ten miles wide.
Originally created for thirsty cyclists outside of Munich, Radler's German roots run as deep as Tivoli's. It only makes sense that we brought this German gem to Colorado where the mountains call to hikers, bikers and campers all summer long. Using apples to complement our Helles lager, we've crafted a refreshing brew with the earthy, floral aroma of apples with the crisp malt sweetness of our Helles lager. A sweet spiciness from ginger adds a peppery kick at the end. Crack one open after your latest outdoor adventure.
With 150 years of brewing in Colorado, our roots run deep. Holding true to our German heritage, we continue to lager our beer while embracing modern techniques to enhance it. We painstakingly craft our beers over 42 days to bring out the true flavors of each recipe because we believe that beer has a soul. This Helles lager is what started it all back in 1859. It's rich golden hue marks it as a true tribute to the original Munich style of Lager.
Travelling all the way from Germany, our founder was drawn to the beauty of this region and started brewing here back in 1859. Our Bohemian Girl brand is a tribute to that same wanderlust spirit and appreciation for nature that brings us all to the Rocky Mountains. To recreate this classic Denver brand, we combined Premium Pilsner and Rye Malt with generous portions of Czech Saaz hops. The end result is a light-bodied, dry, crisp golden lager with an aroma reminiscent of fresh baked bread and a floral finish.
First brewed by the Benedictine monks in the mid 12th century, Dunkel beers were further enhanced by the 1516 Reinheitsgebot which decreed that beer could be made only from barley, hops, and water. The style has continued its evolution over the last 200 years. Our modern version is highly sessionable and delivers a deep, full Munich malt character with only slight bitterness, making it the perfect cold weather companion. When the nights are chilly or you want a full-bodied beer for the game, you can't miss with a Slam Dunkel!
We have a rich brewing heritage but we also pride ourselves in being early adopters of new techniques. By combining classic beers with cutting edge technique, we’ve made a unique brew that stands apart from the trend. In your hand is our Brutiful IPA, a brew developed through close collaboration with our partners at MSU Denver. We’ve created this clean, dry IPA by using traditional Ale malt and yeast strains, and we took it a step further by lagering it. The result is this bright, effervescent champagne inspired IPA that is a prime example of the Tivoli way of always pressing on.
At Tivoli, while we always hold our heritage very dear, we also are devoted to delivering new meticulously crafted brews for our fans. Bursting with more juice-tastic flavors than even the Rockies can contain, our juicy IPA is sure to satisfy! We brew it with five different hops, allowing you to savor tastes of champagne mango, succulent honeydew, pineapple, under-ripe peach, and just a touch of orange zest. Mountain Squeeze is bright and made to enjoy in the heat of summer, the cold of winter, and every season in between. Strap in, hang on and ride the juice coaster of flavor.
An old friend of Tivoli, Stouts were traditionally brewed as a stronger (stouter) version of a porter and found popularity among the working class of London during the 18th century. It remains a crowd pleaser to this day, and you’ll find our version light and dry, but with an emphasis on the roasted character and aroma of the dark malts we use to brew it. Whether you are surrounded by friends or just enjoying the sounds of silence deep in the Rockies, you’ll find that Hello Darkness is an excellent winter companion.
