An old friend of Tivoli, Stouts were traditionally brewed as a stronger (stouter) version of a porter and found popularity among the working class of London during the 18th century. It remains a crowd pleaser to this day, and you’ll find our version light and dry, but with an emphasis on the roasted character and aroma of the dark malts we use to brew it. Whether you are surrounded by friends or just enjoying the sounds of silence deep in the Rockies, you’ll find that Hello Darkness is an excellent winter companion.
