A seasonal stepping stone from Crocus DIPA and spring’s ability to push decay into a new life, Burl brings Fall and everyone’s interest in gathering warmth. A combination of two transformative yeast strains and an art piece double dry hop featuring Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and 2019 Nelson places Burl into the softcore ~ big and pungent with Half Acre's bitterness and drinkability.
Whirlpool additions of Amarillo Cryo and Mosaic were followed up by a double dry hop of Citra, Mosaic Cryo, Amarillo Cryo and an experimental strain that puts out an aromatic profile like the exhaust fan at your local, earth-friend smoothie joint. Some classic bitterness keeps this beer tethered to history, but it pumps out and into pulp-scape.
