Batch 206 Old Tom Gin

Our ‘Old Tom’ style gin is the newest incarnation of Counter Gin from Batch 206 Distillery. To produce Counter Gin ‘Old Tom’ , we take the existing recipe for our ‘New-American’ Style Counter Gin and rest it for approximately 6 months in Hungarian Oak Chardonnay barrels. The Resulting spirit is reminiscent of the finest dry gins, but with a subtle sweetness and spiciness that only a leisurely stay in these particular barrels can provide. This unique gin lends itself particularly well to sipping neat, on the rocks, or mixing with ingredients that have savory and herbaceous overtones.
