“Apanage” is evocative of exclusivity and distinction. Pommery Apanage cuvée has been designed specifically as a cuvée dedicated to fine dining. Today, it is the champagne of France’s finest culinary chefs. Created by a meticulous selection of 17 villages (crus) of Champagne, only Grands Crus & Premiers Crus, the blend is composed by a majority of Chardonnay (40%) with Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (25%). Aged in our chalk cellars for a minimum of 4 years on lees in the bottle, this champagne is characterized by its complexity, balance and lightness.
On the eye: brilliant and shining with tiny bubbles.
On the nose: fresh, subtle and elegant.
On the palate: soft and round with a creamy finish.
