The nose has fragrant hints of green apple and banana, followed by a light floral jasmine, aromatic herbs and walnut husk, all under a mineral flint background. The gustatory attack is soft and dry, enveloping and warm in the alcoholic sensation, with a good taste balance between the mineral sapidity and the sweetness of the fruit, in a persistent finish of bitter almond.
