Zilliken Butterfly Riesling

Our Rieslings have often been described in the press as "butterfly-like," including by noted Riesling expert Stuart Pigott. For us, this is the perfect analogy for our off-dry Riesling — light, lacy and as graceful as a butterfly in flight. And so it has been called since 2002. Like the four wings of the butterfly, we believe our feinherb displays the many facets of a Saar Riesling: fruit, playfulness, minerality and grace.
