Zefiro Prosecco

Made from 100% Glera grapes selected from the best vineyards on the hills around Conegliano, in the region of Veneto. The grapes are fermented after a long maceration with the skins in order to enhance the delicious tropical aromas of Prosecco. Pale yellow in color with a fine and persistent perlage, Zéfiro offers a subtle and elegant bouquet of citrus, peach and white flowers. On the palate, it is inviting, fresh, delicate and well balanced. Dry, with crisp acidity and round, harmonious flavor.
