The Chardonnay revival continues unabated here in Australia and it's hard not to see why with wines like Xanadu's Next of Kin Chardonnay. Margaret River richness plays with acid born austerity to perfection here and the result is simply delicious. Sun-ripened stonefruits and melon give weight and power along with a nice touch of toast, yet the finish is joyously clean and refined.
