The Dhroner Hofberg with its grey, rocky slate soil and its cool location in the Dhron valley is made for the production of high-quality Kabinett wines. The ripening process of the grapes is somewhat delayed by the cool climate, which is excellent for the development of the aromas and the preservation of the acidity. And so the Hofberger Kabinett presents itself with a cool yet already open bouquet of white peach, pink grapefruit and a spicy herb bouquet. On the palate, tart elegance with ripe aromas of stone fruit and citrus nuances. The ripe and piquant acidity fits perfectly to the solid mineral foundation. The finish is very long, super balanced and extremely self-confident. We love it!
