This wine is made from the native Chilean variety Carmenere. 100% organic grapes from the Colchagua region. Aged for 8 months in neutral oak. An elegant fusion of plum, blackberry and rosemary notes with hints of pepper which are finely woven into a lingering finish. Perfect with rice dishes, white meat and spicy food.
