Torre Di Luna Chardonnay

This wine is a project conceived and elaborated by Goffredo Pasolli and Enrico Paternoster, under the supervision of Fabrizio Pedrolli. The intent is to give more exposure to a great grape and to create a wine with big structure; sapid and elegant with unique characteristics that are known to the mountainous terrain of Trentino. Straw colored with green highlights. Delicate aromas with hints of rose and tropical notes. Dry and full-bodied, discrete aromatic persistence, and a pleasant aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or accompanied by pasta, risotto dishes, seafood, white meat and light cheeses.
