A very fine value. The Alto Tierruca is a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc that comes from the Lontue Valley, an area that receives plenty of warm sunshine and cool Pacific Breezes. The wine a crisp refreshing white wine, with notes of tropical fruit, lemon, and minerality. The wine goes well with many lighter fare dishes, as well as with spiced up Asian cuisine.
