In this pinot noir haven, the fruit is subjected to the Pacific Ocean’s bold marine layer and builds strength while basking in the warm but short afternoons. With vines specifically planted to withstand the morning fog and powerful winds, our Gap’s Crown Pinot is rich and boisterous. One of our best candidates for long-term cellaring, this pinot is full of savory notes that converge into mouthwatering black cherry, Earl Grey tea, and gingerbread. We are infatuated.
