Unplugged has a very clear and lovely stony/mineral bouquet of ripe apples intermixed with untamed aromas. It is pure and already pretty complex for the Unplugged. Lean, light and very piquant on the palate, this is a classic cool-climate Riesling with virtually no residual sugar, but a lot of finesse and a lively acidity.
