STLTO Prosecco DOC has very fine and persistent bubbles with straw yellow and greenish reflections. Generous amounts of pear and apple accents About the Vineyard The grapes are sourced from the rolling hills of Veneto just north of Venice. The vineyards are oriented north-south and west-east with 4,500 vines per hectare, with an average vine age of 12 years. The grapes are harvested by hand in small lots.
