Tasting Notes Deep golden yellow and fragrant. Lots of apple on the nose. Sweet red apple, tartness of green apple, pear and mineral. Food Pairing Notes Lovely with spicy Thai food and other Asian cuisine. Great little sipper as a dessert with sharp cheddar cheese.
