SIMI Sonoma County Merlot

This drive is reflected in our smooth, rich Merlot from some of Sonoma County’s finest vineyards. Smooth and rich flavors of plum and black cherry with exotic spice and vanilla oak elements. SIMI Sonoma County Merlot Red Wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French and American oak barrels for 14 months, producing a medium-bodied red wine blend. Pair this red wine with a classic Margarita pizza, cedar-smoked squab with cherry compote or roasted salmon with risotto cake.
