Siduri Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir

This red wine has upfront aromas of cranberry, fig, and Chinese Five Spice, along with eucalyptus. Flavors of fresh berries, plum and white pepper followed by a smooth texture and medium acidity. The Siduri Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir comes primarily from vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills. This area produces some of the darkest and most concentrated Pinot Noirs from the entire state of California. Using a mix of whole cluster and destemmed grapes from these vineyards, they were blended in barrel until just the right mix was created. The goal was to make a truly compelling and immediately enjoyable Pinot Noir red wine that reflects Santa Barbara County.
