Nonita Lot 1 is an unabashedly exotic expression of Sauvignon Blanc that gushes with tropical flavors and aromas. Sourced from select Bennett and Dry Creek Valley vineyards, layer after layer of ripe guava, passion fruit and apricot combine refreshingly with traces of lemongrass and mint. Partial (neutral) oak aging helps to provide a deep and resinous body that finishes with a clean snap of pink grapefruit. Brilliant as an aperitif, this wine will happily pair with white fleshed fish, shellfish, oysters and goat cheeses.
