Rose’ wine is very popular again. Not sweet and dark like white zin, but light and dry- the social rose’ and food rose’ combined. This light and dry wine comes from cool European climates in southern France and northern Italy.
Not surprisingly, San Giuseppe is from northern Italian vineyards near Venice and shares the same visual and taste characteristics as its French counterparts, very pale in color, light and fresh, dry and a pleasure to drink.
French rose’ is common, while Venetian Rose’ is a discovery!
Have more fun. Go with the Italian.
San Giuseppe!
