Organic Syrah/Mourvedre
Aromas:
Vibrant aromas of cocoa-tipped blueberries, dark fruit, with subtle notes of
black pepper, thyme with hints of toasted oak.
Tasting notes:
On the palate, dried herbs, tart orange peel and rasberry-plum are alive thanks to vivid acidity and a juicy mouth feel. Vanilla and toasted caramel come through on the finish.
Fermentation/Aging:
4 months in American and French Oak barrels.
