Aromas:
Ripened fruits with toasted vanilla and spiced notes of oak, toffee, and chocolate.
Tasting Notes:
Intense at the beginning, full bodied and very well balanced with notes of compote fruits, black cherries that turns into toasted and sweet notes of the oak.
Fermentation/Aging:
Stainless steel fermented with skin. Aged for 8-10 months in American and French Oak barrels.
