Organic Mourvedre/Syrah/Cabernet Sauvignon Blend
Black plum, balsamic,dark chocolate,
with subtle coffee and tobacco notes.
Tasting notes:
The palate is generous, satin-textured and
ripe with black plum. Notes of roasted coffee
bean, cinnamon, slate, walnut and black
olives combine towards a lengthy finish.
Fermentation/Aging:
Stainless steel fermented. 18 months
in American and French Oak barrels
and 18 months in bottle.
