80% Barbera, 20% Merlot
A bright, vibrant dry rose with aromas and flavors of strawberry, white peach and a soft hint of spice. Harvested with an ideal sugar/acid balance, resulting in an elegant, fruity and fresh wine. Mainly whole clusters (80%) macerated for 6 hours prior to fermentation in stainless steel (10 days). A great rosé to enjoy on its own or with a wide range of appetizers, fish, poultry dishes, Asian cuisine and vegetarian fare.
