The Extra Quality Brut is a blend of Premier and Grand Crus with a majority of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The black grapes provide greater richness, complexity and roundness. On the palate the wine is deep, full- bodied and youthfully complex, with an excellent core, fine focus and balance, and pure and zesty finish. This wine is aged for a minimum of 3 years before release.
