Light pink claret made with a technique called «cold soaking» (like Beaujolais) out of a 40% Merlot and 60% Cabernet Franc blend.
This wine is matured for 20 months in barrels before bottling. Taste and aroma of fresh fruits with a light lavender tone. Well-suited as an aperitif or with light dishes, such as spicy grilled shrimp or a tuna fish and tomato salad.
