This medium-bodied and fruit forward Merlot showcases flavours of ripe red fruits, cedar and oak. The dry finish has lingering notes of red currant, pomegranate and spice. Aged for 12 months in 70% French oak and 30% American oak barrels with full malolactic fermentation.
Pair with grilled medium-rare steaks, burgers topped with blue cheese, portobello mushroom stew, prime rib, beef tenderloin, or 2 year old cheddar.
