WINES Our trading business gives us the privilege of buying grapes from different terroir of Chablis. Chablis has the distinction of producing all different wines. We want to find our identity in this wine varied terroir. Chardonnay is a great transmitter of the diversity of this basement. We make every effort to protect and conserve the quality of the grapes we buy to meticulous wine producers harvesting the grapes ourselves plots we choose. The soils all produce different wines is why we specify the source on our labels, examples: Chablis terroir Courgis, Chablis Premier cru the Vaillons "the Minots", etc ... Our specialty is to produce a variety of wines on both banks of the Serein, you will find here all the wines for each vintage.
