Palliser Estate Martinborough Pinot Noir 2014

Medium-bodied and elegantly concentrated, the palate possesses layers of soft red berry fruit flavours melded with fragrant dark herbs, red florals, spices and liquorice. The fruit has a delicate richness and sweetness that is balanced by very fine-grained, flowery, but supple tannins and ripe acidity. The flavours blossom in floral lift and show spice detail as the wine carries to a gently lingering, nuanced finish. This is a very refined, subtly layered and supple, fine-grained Pinot Noir with delicate red fruits, florals herbs and spices.
