Palissade Sauvignon Blanc

Pale straw in color with green inflections, this wine is fresh, pure and vibrant. Its nose begins with yellow grapefruit and honeydew melon, followed by sage, tarragon and parsley. There is a lovely green tone to this wine that is not due to unripeness. It is light bodied with pleasantly jolting acidity and a medium-length finish. This wine’s minerality means it is great with food, especially seafood and salads. Its many layers are in the process of unfolding as evidenced by the medium-plus finish.
