In 1932, award-winning Echigo Sake Brewery was founded in Niigata Prefecture, one of the famous sake-making regions in Northern Japan. The region is also known to produce the premium quality rice.
The brewery uses the premium rice and the crystal clear 'soft water' in the area. Echigo Hana Bonbori is a delicate, junmai Daiginjo sake with a sweet, floral and fruity aroma.
Pairs well with Sashimi, Grilled Fish with Salt, Deep Fried Vegetables
