This wine is a blend of 3 choice grape types – 60% cabernet sauvignon, 20% merlot and 20% shiraz. Or Haganuz winery was founded in 2005 in the or Haganuz settlement at the foot of mount Meron (Germak). Our vineyards enjoy the unique climate of the upper galilee mountains at the height of 780-870 meters above sea level optimal for a variety of high quality grapes. This wine is a blend of 3 choice grape types – 60% cabernet sauvignon 20% merlot and 20% shiraz manually harvested at dawn from the Namura vineyard located on the northern slopes of mount Meron close to the Rashbi tomb (tziyun). The wine has been aged in French oak barrels in a controlled environment for 14 months and is ready to be served at a room temperature of 18-20c.
