A collaboration between Martin Scott Wines and Pellegrini Vineyards, the North Fork Project is designed to introduce a wider audience to the potential of North Fork wines and in particular, the terroir of Cutchogue, Long Island. Produced in a sustainable manner, the wines are made from estate grown Pellegrini fruit. Aged in a mix of French and American oak, this blend presents aromas of black cherry, vanilla and toast. Flavors of dark chocolate, cherry and slight hints of oak are well integrated with structured tannins.(85%Merlot/13% Cabernet Franc)
