Made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Grűner Veltliner. Zero dosage after disgorgement. The Nigl “style” (very crisp and mineral-driven) would no dosage would make you think this’ll be WAY dry. Not the case…there’s citrus, apricot, bread crust and roast nut flavors and a creamy, fruity friendliness. Great value!
