Grown under the shadow of Mt. Veeder's 2400' peak, Mt. Brave's Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful example of high-elevation winemaking. This red wine has an incredible density of fruit, profound tannin structure, and a wonderful finish. Winemaker Chris Carpenter is a master of managing mountain tannins and producing wines that are approachable in their youth and spectacular with a bit of cellaring. This red wine showcases aromas of seamless black and blue fruits, with secondary notes of dark chocolate and licorice.
