The Midnight Cellars Estate Chardonnay undergoes whole cluster and barrel fermented in mostly neutral oak with a 25% Malolactic fermentation before spending10 months in 15% new French oak. The Midnight Cellars Estate Chardonnay is crisp and clean with light tropical notes, and Asian pear and green apple flavors. A medium to full bodied mouthfeel. The finish has a wonderfully fresh taste making it a very food friendly white wine.
