Made from 100% Pinot Meunier this Rose has not only berry characters but a texture and creaminess. Coral pink with enticing, berry scents, it is medium-bodied, with strong, vibrant, red berry and plum flavours, fresh acidity, off dry with a gentle splash of sweetness and a slightly spicy, finely balanced finish. Wonderful as an aperitif and will also match with a wide array of food. Light salads, Cheeses, Seafood and Smoked Salmon, Hams and prosciutto.
