Mandrarossa wines were born out of a mission for excellence when a team of industry experts joined forces to create high quality wines of both indigenous and international varietals from Sicily to introduce to the world. This team of experts identified top estates that yield the best quality and worked closely with select growers to deliver the truest and highest valued expression of the selected varietals offered by Mandrarossa wines. Ideal microclimatic conditions of intense sunlight, coastal sea breezes and rich chalky soils combine to produce these rich, aromatic wines. Santannella is an intriguing and captivating white wine which, thanks to the perfect union between the strong personality of Fiano grapes and the delicacy and elegance of Chenin Blanc, seduces with its bright and lively gold color and enchants with enveloping hints of ripe white fruit that blend well with notes of vanilla, honey and white pepper.
Golden yellow. Delicate aromas of banana and smoky flint. A complex and balanced wine with enticing notes of pineapple, tropical fruit and a finish of vanilla. Excellent with seafood dishes, roasted chicken, pasta dishes in rich cream sauce, and a variety of appetizers.
